First of let me thank my clients for being so wonderful and patient. As you know, last summer/fall got a bit out of control. I never intended for anyone (other than weddings) to have to wait for up to 3 months to view their pictures. I felt horrible saying no and I took on way too many sessions.
So things are changing…
I do not go to an office where I work from 8-5. I also have a full time job as a stay at home mom to 3 kids. For the last 9 months I’ve edited every single second that Im not doing something for my family and spent a lot if time not with my family. Im up until 2am editing almost every night.
I started this small business because I had a passion for photography and wanted to make people happy with my pictures. I didn’t start this business to be so crazy, busy that I neglect my family and my overall health and have to put up with certain clients that loved their pics but let it be known they didn’t like how long they had to wait.
So Im taking charge. I will be only scheduling what I think I can manage… this will probably be about 1 0r 2 sessions a week since I have a wedding almost every single Saturday. I will take a few more on during wildflowers and fall leaves. I will only be scheduling about a month ahead of time. Im not scheduling anything right now except for a few newborns and birth stories. I still have a few sessions to edit and than I will start on Wedding Books (SEE BELOW).
What I have decided to do is open up certain dates each month. I then will release the dates in an email from people I have on my list. It will be first come, first served. A $50 deposit is required to secure the date and if not received in 48 hours (local mail takes 1 day in Casper) than I will fill it with someone else.
I now accept Credit Cards (I can swipe them or enter #’s manually) as well as Cash, Check and PayPal.

Sessions are $250 including tax, $50 deposit is required so the balance of $200 is due at your session. If you wish to pay via Credit Card or PayPal you need to pay 48 hours in advance of the session date
(newborn sessions are $300 and if you have more than 5 people than it’s $25 each additional)
As always, after I edit your session you have two weeks to order. I will ABSOLUTLEY be enforcing the 2 week DEADLINE. No more tracking down people to order.

I hate business, I wish I could just take pics and have someone deal with all of this but I can’t, Im a one woman show:)
